There is loads of companys similar to ours and may offer similar items but we are diffrent in so many ways. We only buy NEW products from trusted uk reputable companys that manufacture there products to meet and exceed BSEN 14960-2006/2013 standards, we will never buy or operate any second hand Inflatables. We are a small family run company with big company values. Some questions to ask before you book.....
Does the company have public liability insurance ?
It is not a legal requirement to have it but it certainly puts your mind at rest.
Are they willing to show you their certificates ?
The party business Newcastle have £5 million Public Liability Insurance and you can always see our Insurance documentation online or when we arrive to deliver your Inflatables.
Find out whether the hirer provides RCD's, ground stakes, safety mats, built in rain covers etc and also ask how old their equipment is.
At The party Business Newcastle all our equipment is under 3 month old, if not Brand new at that time we never have old or buy ANY used/second hand products.
Insurance douments, Bouncy castle safety certificate, PAT test certificate all available on request if not online already.
