Booked a bouncy castle yesterday for my daughter and cannot fault them. I contacted them first by whats app with sizes and they advised what would fit. Booked through their website which explains all.the rules around booking etc and really easy to follow. They then reply later to confirm if they can do booking. On the day they were on time, polite and it was sanitised before use. They left some rules which were great to show the kids. Kids cant wait to book again

Great advice from start to finish, explained what inflatables would fit in the venue I hired, accommodated minor changes with no hassle. Arrived right on time, set up quicky and explained all the safety side of things. For collection arrived at agreed time and packed everything away just as quick. Great service with great choice of products.

We recently hired one of the bouncy castle packages for our daughter’s 4th birthday party and the service was fantastic. They responded to emails quickly when I had questions and the booking process was very clear. They were on time delivering the bouncy castle and equipment and set it up very quickly, cleaning it as they went. The set up was excellent and the kids absolutely loved it. Pick up was efficient and the staff were really friendly. We would definitely use them again.

Absolutely amazing service, on time and very quick setting everything up and quick to pull everything down and clear out of the venue. Very friendly and professional. All the children and tots had fun, lots of smiles and flushed cheeks from bouncing around and playing. We hired the superhero bouncy castle with slide, soft play and the speaker with disco light for my son’s birthday party yesterday. Booking process online was easy, also spoke to a very friendly and helpful man on the phone who answered all my questions. Everything was set up quickly on the day and looked amazing, and was all taken down and put away in the blink of an eye at the end of the party. Incredible value for money and lovely staff, will definitely use again!! Thank you so much 💚

Used this team for our Sons first birthday party and it was an absolute smash! We hired a pink and purple bouncy castle with slide and Disney Princess banners today for a garden party. From booking online to being informed of our drop off time and set up, everything was fantastic. I was prepared for drop off being between 8am and 11am but received a text the day beforehand to inform me my slot was at 8.15am. Everything was prompt and set up quickly. Everyone enjoyed the bouncy castle, it was a hit! Our pick up time was set for 3.45pm and again, it was prompt and dismantled quickly. I cannot recommend The Party Business Newcastle enough! They are great and I will definitely be using them again in future.

We hired a bouncy castle and soft play set from The Party Business for our daughters 5th birthday party. The kit was in great condition and very clean.
They arrived when they said they would (both at drop off and pick up) and were really friendly and professional.
This is the second time we've used this company and I would really recommend them to anyone looking to hire a bouncy castle.

Highly recommended This company, fantastic service from start to finish. The hot tub it's self was of a very high standard extremely clean and even came with extra chlorine tablets in case we needed more with it being a week hire, it looks amazing on a night with all the lights on , the kids loved it. I did need contact the company part way through the hire due to something we had done and they were here the same day to sort it out, they couldn't of been more helpful....if you want a stress free prompt service then this is the company. Thank you once again party business for giving my daughter a birthday I am sure she will never forget.
