Bookings
Both halls and media equipment are available for hire to groups, private functions and corporate events. Equipment is only for use in the Village Hall.

Jane will advise on availability and cost. Costs depend on who is making the booking (private or commercial, local group, outside the parish etc), the time of day and whether both or one hall are required.
The user groups have regular bookings and private hire is made around those commitments.
Once the booking is agreed we will send you the hire form, which is to be completed and returned with payment, and the hire agreement, listing the conditions of hire.
The hall is licensed for most normal forms of entertainment.
If a hirer wishes to sell alcohol at an event then a temporary event notice will be required and the committee must be notified.
