The community centre has two rooms available to hire for daytime and evening functions, eg. parties, wedding receptions, christenings, funeral wakes, award ceremonies, fundraising events etc.
The main challenge for the Trustees is to provide and maintain the community facilities for the organisations and individuals that use them. Clubs using the centre currently include:

Ladies Tuesday Club
Weight Watchers
Tap and Salsa Dance Club
Preston Grange Community Church
The centre is also used as a social venue for family parties (eg. birthdays of all ages, christenings, wakes, wedding receptions etc); a location for other fundraisers, charity organisations and youth clubs to use for their benefit free of charge; Local Councillors to hold their weekly surgeries; Stroke Support Groups; and as a polling station.
This is a licensed social club, also run and managed by the Trustees Committee. It is open four nights a week, plus Sunday lunch time.The PGF makes an annual donation to the PGCA, which represents the net annual profit from its licensed operations.
