Weather Warning

You have been directed to this page because your operator has reason to think the weather may affect your booking and unfortunately we may have to cancel your booking for one of the following reasons-

• Wind- The wind gusts or the breeze MUST be under 24mph for us to safely erect any Inflatable equipment, This is the law and health & safety specify and we must follow this.
• Rain- Even a 60-70 forecast of rain may cancel your booking, heavy or persistent rain the booking will be cancelled for safety as all the equipment needs electricity and rain will make things slippery and dangerous.
• Saturated grass- If it has been raining heavy and persistent the day before or on the day of the booking we will not be able to securely anchor the castle into the ground which we are not willing to do for the rick of the castle blowing or moving from where it was situated.

Cancelling any booking is the last thing we want to do, as a business it is not good to loose money but we have to put safety before making money. We hope you do understand our reasons for having to take these actions but it is out of our hands and as a responsible Business we will never take any chances where safety is involved.

We have two different instruments for checking the wind but we must always go off the weather forecasts on the day as this is where H.S.E or any investigators will look if anything did go wrong as this is a permanent record

We will always return your deposit paid or any payments made to us and offer alternative days if we have availability.
